VIABILITY SEEKS TO PARTNER WITH LOCAL, CREDIBLE, NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS WHO ARE EXPERIENCED IN PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LOCATED IN THE COMMUNITY OF THE HOST EMPLOYER.
MOST OFTEN, THESE ARE FULL TIME, CAREER OPPORTUNITIES OFFERING COMPETITIVE WAGES AND BENEFITS. WE WILL TRAIN THE SELECTED NGO ON HOW TO WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH THE EMPLOYER COMPANY, USING A PROVEN AND STRUCTURED TRAINING MODEL THAT LEADS TO SUCCESS AND A CAREER PATH FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
HOW CAN I BECOME A VIABILITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER?
ALL EMPLOYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS MUST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF INFORMATION AS PART OF THE SCREENING PROCESS:
Administration and Finance
(examples: past 3 years audited financials, summary of contracts, revenue & profit/loss statements)
Organizational Information and Priorities
(examples: mission, vision, guiding principles, strategic plan)
Reputation and Brand
(examples: accreditations, licenses, correction plans from any funding agencies, lawsuits or legal proceedings)
(examples: your experience in vocational training & placement, references from employer partners)
