ABOUT CIES

Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES), offered in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA), provides a comprehensive array of training, education, job search, and job support services that enable employment seekers to secure and retain work on their path to economic stability and career growth.


At VIABILITY, we provide individualized, client-centered services that fully engage you in the employment process. We meet you where you are at on your career path, and help you identify and reach employment milestones that foster economic mobility and family stability while enabling you to reach your full potential. Our staff adheres to social distancing and safety precautions.

Caregivers may be family members or patrons in the community. Some apply, other are referred to us. Caregivers will receive ongoing education, a tax-exempt stipend, and ongoing support from VIABILITY staff and resources.

VIABILITY staff have direct experience in job training and placement, business development, and building relationships with employers and community partners to maximize opportunities for you. With a network of 600+ employer partners, we match local workforce demands with your individual occupational interests. Employment services include:
• Assessment and Goal Setting
• Job Targeted Education and Skills Training
• 30- and 90-Day Job Retention
• 180-Day Job Retention
• Job Search Etiquette
• Résumé Writing Workshops
• Interview Skill Building
