PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION SERVICES
CAREER READINESS FOR STUDENTS

In order to pave the way to employment, Pre-ETS provides vocational exploration, hard and soft training, and competitive, integrated vocational experiences.
VIABILITY's Pre-ETS program is designed to support the transition from school into adult life. Services are designed to give students an introduction to work that will both inform their future vocational choices and develop their work habits.

I just wanted to thank you for running such a positive, engaging program for our students. I popped in multiple times just to observe and each time it was obvious our students were buying in 100%. We also followed up with the students/families who attended and they were extremely excited about the experience.
